Who We Are
OMII is an agile, focused AI automation agency. We don't take on dozens of clients — we work closely with a handful of businesses at a time and build systems that actually move the needle.
The Founder
OMII was founded by Onofre Jauregui — a generative AI professional, builder, and entrepreneur with a Master's in Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a track record of taking products from zero to one in high-stakes environments.
Before OMII, he led R&D at a hypergrowth Silicon Valley medical device startup, owning full product development across multiple systems in FDA-regulated spaces. He holds Oracle Generative AI Professional certifications, has built production automation systems across industries, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
"Businesses run on systems — we make them better."

Our Approach
We don't just automate tasks — we engineer complete systems designed for sustainable growth.
Capture Every Lead
AI voice and chat agents that answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments 24/7 — so no inquiry goes unanswered, even at 11pm on a Sunday.
Automate the Workflow
From first contact to signed contract, we remove the manual steps — follow-ups, scheduling, data entry — so your team focuses on deals, not admin.
Scale Without Hiring
The right systems let you handle 3x the volume with the same team. We build for growth, not just today's workload.
Our promise
We only take work we can win
If automation won't meaningfully help your business, we'll tell you that on the first call. We'd rather lose the project than build something that doesn't deliver.
How we work
Small team. Deep focus.
We keep our client roster intentionally small. You work directly with the people building your system — not an account manager passing messages back and forth.
What we care about
Results, not deliverables
The goal isn't to hand you a finished system — it's to make sure that system is actually generating more revenue, saving time, or both. That's how we measure success.
