The AI Practice System is $5,000 setup plus $1,500 a month, which is $23,000 for the first year. You can cancel anytime. A standard setup typically takes about two weeks after the audit. We then stay on for 30 days of tuning so the system matches your patient communication style and scheduling workflow. Timing depends on your scheduling software and how much you want connected.

The system can identify patients who are overdue for their 6-month cleaning and send a personalized sequence by SMS and email, starting about four weeks before the due date. Patients can confirm, reschedule, or request a time from the message. Patients who don't respond get a second and third touchpoint before the request is handed to your front desk. This needs access to your recall list, either through your system's API or a regular export. How much of your list it brings back depends on the list and how you work it today, and we don't promise a figure.

Multi-location setups are scoped case by case. Each location can have its own configuration, such as its own greeting, hours, and calendar. What can be connected and reported across locations depends on your systems, and we confirm that during the audit.

A typical sequence is an SMS 72 hours before the appointment, an email at 24 hours, and an SMS two hours before. If a patient doesn't confirm, the system can flag them for your front desk to call and offer the slot to patients on a waitlist, so the chair time isn't simply lost.

Our standard setup isn't designed to handle protected health information, so please don't send clinical details through the AI agent.
