OMII AI sends a confirmation right after booking, then reminders at times you choose, for example 48 hours and 2 hours before the appointment. Clients can confirm or reschedule without staff time, and cancelled slots can be offered to a waitlist. How much this changes your no-show rate depends on your clients and your current process. We look at your baseline during the audit and don't promise a figure.

It can where your booking platform has an API we can use. Many booking platforms limit API access, so we confirm what is possible with yours during the audit, and we don't promise a specific integration before then. Where a direct connection isn't possible, the AI captures the request and passes it to your front desk to confirm.

During setup we give the AI your service menu, pricing, and treatment details, and it answers common questions from that. Clinical questions are routed to your staff, so it handles the volume without replacing your team's expertise. It is not set up to give medical advice.

The AI Client System is $5,000 setup plus $1,500 a month, which is $23,000 for the first year. You can cancel anytime with no long-term contract. We don't claim HIPAA compliance. HIPAA requirements are reviewed for each engagement. Our standard setup isn't designed to handle protected health information, so please don't send clinical details through the AI agent. If your clinic needs a HIPAA-covered deployment, including business associate agreements with each vendor involved, tell us during the audit and we'll say plainly whether and how we can support it.

A standard setup typically takes about two weeks after the audit, followed by 30 days of tuning. Timing depends on your booking software and how much you want connected.

The system can identify clients who haven't visited in 60, 90, or 120 days and send a personalized message that references their last treatment and prompts them to book the next one. For treatments with a regular repeat interval, such as Botox or laser, outreach can be timed to the interval your providers recommend for each service. This needs access to your client list and visit dates, either through your booking system's API or a regular export.
